How to place an order

2. Call 0191 5196953 to give us your order
We are only accepting pre orders made by phone.
To help, the phone line will be available between 1-3pm Mon-Sat for that week’s service.
It may not be possible to answer the phone during shop opening times due to limited staff numbers, but we will do our best.

We regret it is not possible to make an order at the shop at the moment. Order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. There are limited time slots available, so don’t leave it too late, particularly on a Friday and Saturday. Don’t forget you can order from Monday to book a time slot, and we expect the Friday and Saturday slots to fill up fast. 

3. Give us your debit / credit card details
We will take your payment at the time of making your phone order by debit / credit card. It is not possible to pay at the shop or to pay by cash till further notice. 

4. Collect your order at your allocated time
 You will be given a collection time, hopefully at your preferred time. Please try to be punctual as we are doing our best to avoid any unnecessary build up of customers outside of the shop.
